FREE Shipping with FREE curbside
Delivery
There are no surprises with us. You will not be charged for standard
shipping, handling or curbside delivery fees on your purchases shipped within the
continental United States of America. The trucking
freight company provides curbside
delivery and UPS provides front door delivery.
NO Sales Tax (FL buyers please call)
We do not charge state sales tax for any purchases that are shipped
outside the state of Florida.
30 Day Satisfaction
Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. You may return your
purchase for any reason within 30 days for an exchange or
refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs, and some of our
manufacturers charge a 10% restocking fee. Most of our products are offered with free
shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our
actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
- Please
email or call 800-603-7133 to obtain an RMA number and
a return address.
- Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in
original condition with original materials and packaging; otherwise,
additional charges may be applied.
- Ship the product using your preferred shipping method to the
return address you are provided.
- Either call or Email the shipment tracking number to us so that we
can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking
number and that you insure the return package in case there are any
issues during transit.
- Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on
our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. We will
issue a credit to the card used for the original purchase.
Damage due to Shipping
All of our products are
well packaged with strong boxes to prevent damage during shipping. Every
effort is made to ensure that the furniture is packaged and delivered by the
most reputable and qualified shipping companies. Despite these precautions,
please inspect you delivery. If an item looks damaged:
- Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package
Damaged" on the paperwork when you sign for delivery. This is VERY
important. Open the package immediately to inspect the item. If it
is damaged note that on the paperwork and

- If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are
missing or damaged, immediately
contact us and we will correct the problem. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file
freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace
the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the item and we will send
you a replacement. All returned products must be in the original
packaging.
- Even if the delivered package appears to be fine from the outside
of the boxes please mark the paperwork you sign for delivery "Pending
Inspection". This indicates that you are not accepting the
package until you have opened it and inspected it. Please open
the package and

if there is a problem.
- If delivered by a motor freight carrier, we are unable to accept
responsibility if damage is not noted on the carrier's Bill of Laden
paperwork or if we are not notified within 48 hours.

We
have secure transactions with Discover, Master Card, Visa and American
Express. Debit cards (also called check cards, ATM cards or banking
cards) with a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front. A 50% deposit
is required on custom orders or orders exceeding $1,000.
Purchase Orders and Wire Transfers
For corporate orders of $4,000 or more, we can accept wire transfers and
corporate purchase orders from authorized representatives of your
company. We invoice you once your order is placed. To help
expedite your order, please send the following information in your email
or fax:
- Your contact phone number and email address
- The address where the items will be shipped
- The address where you would like the invoice to ship, plus the
contact phone number if different from above
- A clear description of the items and quantities you wish to
purchase, and the tax and shipping amounts calculated for you in
checkout before you actually buy the items
Domus Designs
Warranty
Domus Designs teak furniture products are guaranteed against defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of five years for residential use
and 3 years for commercial use. Upholstery products such as
cushions carry a guarantee of one year from date of delivery for
residential use and six months for commercial use. Domus Designs
will replace such items that become unserviceable due to defects in
material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage
from misuse, neglect, alteration, normal wear and tear, weathering, loss
